Noul COD PORTOCALIU este valabil în perioada 03.06.2019/12:00-04.06.2019/ 06:00 . În această perioadă de timp va fi instabilitate atmosferică,ploi torenţiale, intensificări de vânt, vijelii, grindină. Cantităţile de apă vor depăşi 40..50 l/mp.
